1. SMALL IS BEAUTIFUL is the basic principle by which all Golden Values School s pursue their mission and vision. Small compact campuses provide a second home for your children. Our small classes (maximum of 20 students) provide intense interaction between teachers and students and students amongst themselves. Thus creating a loving as well as trusting environment.

2. Our UPGRADED CURRICULUM has been designed to go substantially beyond what is expected by the DEPED. Furthermore, we have enriched it to suit the growing needs of our students.

3. VERIFICATION TEACHING is our way of ensuring that our students learn what they need to learn. In this approach, the learning objectives are set with their corresponding timetables. The teacher verifies whether or not each of her students have acquired the intended learning outcome. If one or more students do not meet any of the learning objectives, our teachers will automatically and systematically re-teach and re-assess the unsuccessful students.

4. Our VALUES PROGRAM is aimed at reinforcing positive attitudes and values. It is anchored on the CODE OF HONOR containing 13 articles meant to serve as a roadmap towards living like true Christians. It seeks to effect changes in attitudes and practices. At work or at play, our teachers are constantly engaging the children in some form of valuing experience.

5. For EDUCATIONAL TRANSPARENCY, we provide parents a copy of our year end objectives according to your child's grade level. This will tell you what we expect your child to learn at a given time, so you can monitor and check your child's progress even at home.

6. PRIVATE PARENT-TEACHER-CONFERENCES are one-on-one meetings with your child's teacher, held at least two times a year. Our main agenda is to keep the parents posted on the status of their child's progress in scholastic work and behavioral responses as we observe them in school. This way you will get a more holistic view of your child's overall standing - allowing you to take the necessary steps to help your child achieve his maximum level of performance.

7. Our PARENT'S CONTINUING EDUCATION are Special parents classes we conduct to share techniques in teaching. We also conduct different sessions about handling discipline and other behavioral concerns.

8. TRANSFER IS SO EASY since Golden Values Schools are situated in many parts of the Metropolis. Families who transfer residence in the middle of the school year need not worry about looking for another school, because there is surely a Golden Values School near you.

9. For our GRADUATES' STANDING, 46% of our graduates are ranked among the top ten of their classes. Most of them are recipients of honors and special awards.

10. And more importantly, we are the only school that offers an ACADEMIC GUARANTEE (for preschool to grade school) that will ensure your child masters the minimum learning competencies expected. If not, then we will give your child additional 20 hours of tutoring at no extra cost.

And for levels that have less than 12 children, we have the MULTI-GRADE SECTIONING where a lone teacher simultaneously handles at least two grade levels. The academic objective used per level is still the minimum learning competencies (MLCs) as prescribed by the DEPED. However we combine the levels for purposes of social interaction and development of emotional intelligence. This set up allows us to have team learning and have group interaction among pupils. Remember that these MLCs were designed with 40-50 students in a class, with only 20 in our class, we still have plenty of time to ensure mastery and learning.
